Dale and Jeanne live in Lakeway, Texas (just outside of Austin). We are originally from Minnesota, but we have lived in Texas since 1981. By now, I think we can be considered Texans! We both worked at a major computer company for most of our careers.

Dale has worked in a product development environment for almost 40 years in a variety of careers including technical writing, editing, management, project management, and ISO/9000 auditing. For the last few years his job responsibilities involved helping other departments in the company improve their operations. He has helped them clearly identify and write out improvement goals. Once the goals have been clearly identified, they have made operational changes to help reach the goals. Then he has helped them learn to measure their progress to ensure the changes they've made actually move them toward the goals.
